To Design Your Vacation Itinerary

We know better (than you) about this destination you are going. We know how far it
is, how to get there, when is the good time to visit and the better hotels and restaurants in the area...etc.
So letting us design your trip, make all of the necessary
arrangement for you (such as: hotels, car, even air ticket), we can assure you
a reliable, better quality vacation.

the related [tour
code] (if applicable), in addition, always provide us the
following information:
- Roughly estimated how many days you wanted for
your vacation, and how much you are willing to spend (you can use the information we
provided as guide line).
- When is your preferred departure date and how
many people in your group.
- Any specific attractions you demand to visit
(if you know).
- Any other special requests (such as the
quality-level of hotel).
- Finally, let us know your contact phone
number.
Before we get started to provide you the service, we will
quote and charge you a up-front "Service Fee" (please see our [Service Fee]
section listed on the same
web page for details). This is just a small token, it is worth to pay.
Eventually, your vacation will be turned out "much more" than you have
expected.

How Will We Do
It? |
We will design and prepare your vacation package by the following steps:
- After we received your request, we will contact
you (via either email or phone call) promptly.
- Once we collect the basic information and knowing the
expectation from you, we will come out with a preliminary trip itinerary for you to review. In the meantime, we will let you know the actual amount for our "service fee".
- Our formal preparation will begin right after receiving your payment for our service.
- We keep in touched, make any necessary change to the itinerary (whenever it is needed).
- Once the package ready, we will inform you. Normally it is about 2 weeks prior to your departure.
- If you live in San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley), in most cases, we will arrange a time for you to stop-by our office, so that we can go over your vacation package and provide you a pre-trip orientation.
- If you live outside Bay Area (or in other country), in that case, we will have the "package" ready along with important destination information, maps...etc, then mail it out to you (make sure to give us enough time for delivery).
