Visit the islands of Murano or Burano and watch expert glassblowers perform their centuries old craft - producing extraordinarily beautiful objects.

Mostly important, this 6-night Venice trip is designed for those who want to explore Venice in depth, enjoy the local culture as well as the beauty at their own paces. While you are in Venice, you can either join Ann & Larry's personal tour itinerary or do the things you desire to do at leisure.

Attractions:

	Visit the sights in and around that most famous of squares, Piazza San Marco, including Basilica di San Marco.
	Cruise the Grand Canal, visit the Galleria dell'Accademia, walk through the neigborhood of San Stae.
	Visit Santa Maria dei Miracoli, Museo Storico Navale, visit San Pietro di Castello.
	Explore San Giorgio Maggiore and the Giudecca.
	Explore Titian's works: Start in Campo Santo Stefano and then Scuola dei Carmini and the Chiesa di San Sebastiano, Frari.
	Explore the islands of the lagoon, visit a Murano glass-blowing workshop.
	And more .....

Who will participate:

The trip is mostly suitable for those who has "DIY" travel style in mind. Although we don't limit to who can or can not participate, seniors and "travel-with-kids" people may not enjoy it.

Cost includes:

	6 nights hotel accommodation at Ambassador Tre Rose with excellent location (3+star, only few steps from famous St. Mark's Square)
	One-way airport to hotel transportation on waterbus. We start our Venice exeperience right after we get off the airport. We take the public the " waterbus" that makes stops on Murano (Venice's island of glassblowers), Lido (a resort island that separates the Venice Lagoon from the Adriatic Sea), then landing on our destination, Piazza San Marco.
	One-way transportation from the hotel back to airport on private motorlaunch.
	Continental breakfast daily.
	Hotel service charges and VAT tax.

1. Cost does not include round-trip air from your hometown to Venice, Italy (VCE).
    (We are taking Air France from SFO to VCE. At this time, purchase on 1/1/02 for traveling
    on 2/16/02, the R/T airfare is about $514.)
2. The quoted price is based on double occupancies. For singles, we may or may not be able
    to pair you with some one to share room, but not guaranteed.
3. Payment in check only.
