Airline passes that let you pay a low rate ---- or sometimes just a lump sum---- and then city- or island-hop all you want for a specific period. Here are some of the hottest offerings: Hawaii The state has 122 islands, so don't limit yourself to just one. For $321, Aloha Airlines' Island Pass lets you set your own pace for seven days. Call TO-DO, or call ALOHA(800-367-5250) directly. Europe Once you're overseas, Europe Flight Pass offers $90 flights to 18 countries: Fly Virgin Atlantic, Spanair, or 10 others, and stop everywhere from the U.K. to Italy. Take any transatlantic carrier, and buy at least three coupons before you go. Call TO-DO, or call (888-387-2479). Australia With Qantas's Boomerang Pass, you can fly any airline to the country, but before you leave the U.S., buy at least two one-way coupons (up to 10) for $175 or $220. Fly Sydney to Perth for $220 (save $200), or Melbourne to Brisbane for $175(save $40). Still, for some flights you're better off without the pass; the regular hop from Sydney to Melbourne is just $126.Call TO-DO, or call (888-227-4500). Asia If you plan to travel to Asia on one of the ASEAN airlines - Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways and Royal Brunei -- ask about the ASEAN  Air Pass, which offers flight coupons for $90 each for flights between certain Asian cities.
